How to register

Registration with us helps record the incidence of MS in Australia and in turn, contributes to world wide figures.

There may seem to be a lot of questions, however every question helps with the statistical requirements of our funding applications to Government departments and other funding bodies.

Through this and other information you may give us, we are committed to trying to understand and meet the differing needs you may experience with MS. It thus helps us tailor the society's role to suit the needs of the client.

Your name and contact details are kept strictly confidential and remain inside the MS Society.

Thank you for taking time to fill out this registration form.
