MS recognised in Queen’s Birthday 2021 Honours List

Queen's Birthday Honours List
16 June 2021

Multiple sclerosis (MS) has been recognised in this year’s Queen’s Birthday Honours List, announced by the Governor-General of Australia on 14 June 2021.

We are delighted to see the span of MS links across the recipient field, which helps in our ongoing efforts to spotlight the disease and the diverse, important work undertaken in the MS space in Australia.

As MS touches so many in the community (over 7.6 million Australians know or have a loved one living with MS), it is no surprise that multiple sclerosis is woven throughout this year’s Queen’s Birthday Honours List - in different ways and through current and past work.

MS Australia will continue to play its role in raising awareness, advocating, and prioritising our efforts into the treatment, prevention and ultimately a cure for people with MS and we acknowledge and congratulate the following recipients.
