Half of our adult population is living with a chronic illness, with many people experiencing discrimination and ignorance, especially those with invisible symptoms. MSA Advocate Astrid Edwards was interviewed on Channel Ten News in Sydney recently about her latest project We Don't Talk About which is encouraging people to have conversations about the hard things associated with chronic and invisible conditions.
If you want to take part in this project or know anyone else who might want to share their story, please get in touch with Astrid via firstname.lastname@example.org. You can remain as anonymous or be as public as you like. Or you can use the website to start a conversation of your own with those you love.
