MS Trial Screen is a screening tool developed by the University of Tasmania to link potential participants to clinical trial sites via an eligibility survey. This survey will include a number of questions around your personal attributes such as age and diagnosis and will use this information to determine whether you are eligible to participate in the PLATYPUS trial. If you are eligible and agree to be contacted, a trial site will contact you for an appointment to further assess your eligibility.Â
For progress updates on the trial within Australia, more information can be accessed via the PLATYPUS Publications and News page. For global updates on the trial, please visit the OCTOPUS webpage. Â
The MS Australia team that oversee this website are unable to advise on eligibility and clinical queries. Please get in touch with your MS care provider.  Â
If you are a person living with MS and would like to further contribute to MS research, you can register to a survey-based research study called The Australian MS Longitudinal Study (AMSLS). Â
This study collects real life data from people living with MS and is used to guide policy makers, medical, and support services to create positive change and improve the lives of people with MS. For more information on this study, please refer to the MS Australia AMSLS webpage. Â
