Leave your limits behind with The May 50K

29 March 2023

Back for its fifth year, The May 50K combines fitness and fundraising to help leave MS where it belongs, behind us.

Walk, run, or move 50 km (or more) in your area, in your own time, and smash your fitness goals. Over 33,300 Australians live with MS, and your support will accelerate research into the prevention, treatments, and ultimately a cure for MS.

Together we can create a future free of MS.

Join the May 50K.
