Modifiable Lifestyle Factors: Smoking

Australian experts have teamed up with MS Research Australia to build an evidence-based lifestyle guide to help people living with the chronic neurological condition multiple sclerosis (MS) improve their disease outcomes by making changes to daily habits.

In this series we take a closer look at nine lifestyle areas and how they may impact those living with MS.

On this episode, Dr Claudia Marck discusses the importance of not smoking and effective ways of quitting this habit.
