Our series of MS Mythbusters aims to dispel some of the outdated, inaccurate or confusing information you may have heard or read.

This video busts the myth that depression and anxiety are just something that people with MS have to live with and that everyone with MS experiences it the same way. This can make understanding MS difficult but there are support services and peer groups out there for you which can be invaluable in helping you understand your condition and sharing your experiences.
