The Adelaide Proteomics Centre is a joint venture of the University of Adelaide and SA Pathology, established with support from the Australian Cancer Research Foundation. The APC offers techniques such as 2-D Fluorescence Difference Gel Electrophoresis and isotopic labelling of complex protein mixtures. The APC also offers Tissue Imaging Mass Spectrometry using MALDI-TOF/TOF MS instrumentation as well as automated matrix deposition strategies. |
