Researchers funded by MS Research Australia have published new findings revealing how epigenetic changes may be important in MS.

Full results of the ‘MIST’ trial have been published which compared autologous haematopoietic stem cell transplant (AHSCT) to other available MS therapies. The results confirmed that AHSCT treatment can provide a more prolonged remission for patients with very active MS compared to some other available MS therapies.
